At TouchUp Threading, each appointment time is reserved especially for you. Out of respect for both your time and ours, please review our updated cancellation policy below.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows:
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellations Made the Day Before:
A 50% cancellation fee will apply to appointments canceled the day prior to your scheduled service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 2 days in advance to avoid any fees.
